I learn more and more every day the truth of this quote. For me to be of value to my friends and family and to be able to make a difference in this world I must take time with God and good books.

As I fill my heart and soul with good things I can have good things to give. And you know what it feels good.

If I give up a little TV time, gossip time or even pass on vacuming and instead choose to take 10 minutes to pray and read I feel a thousand times better.

I find I am better equipped to deal with life and it’s demands…I even find that somethings that I thought were so important really are not.
