The best way to motivate yourself to be a leader is to read and surround yourself with positive books and people. Spend time imagining what it will feel like to lead people to positive places and what that would mean to you. Then take baby steps every day towards your future by taking actions that will get you where you want to go. You don’t have to be perfect to be powerful. You just have to be doing!
