My husband and I were flying home from Seattle a few weeks ago. I had the pleasure of sitting next to wonderful woman and coroporate HR Director. We talked about many things as new aquaintances do.

At some point our conversation turned to hiring people. As we talked about popular interviewing questions she took me by surprise when she asked me if I had a happy dance.

“Excuse me… what did you say?” I said.

She then repeated: “Do you have a happy dance?”

Without even thinking I started to move.

Exactly she said: “You have a Happy Dance.”

She then said: “You can tell a lot about a person if they have a happy dance.”
