This is a great question one I asked every day myself for years. It is also a question I get asked almost daily. So today I am sharing with everyone what I shared with one of the many great and courageous beautiful souls who is doing their part to discover their purpose.

Finding our purpose is a slow process. We are often on the path to discovering it and we aren’t even aware that we are. Wanting and searching to find our purpose is one of the first steps to finding our purpose.

Tiffany Berg once said: Our purpose is to change lives for the better. Everyday we have the chance to serve others. When we have a heart that surrenders to service and Gods will for our life then day by day opportunities will present themselves and we will find that we are truly living a life on purpose.

I apologize if the answer sounds to simple or trite. My experience is that we need to trust our desire and then serve others as the opportunities present themselves. I also have experienced that the opportunities that have come my way often seemed inconsequential or overwhelming to me but as I chose to be apart of them step by step my life became more fulfilling and rewarding.

So today when you pray turn your life and your heart and hands over to God. Follow His will and His ways. Try not to focus so hard on what your purpose is but more on how does God want to use me today and one day you will find that you are living your life on purpose.
