Are you a tea drinker? Tea is a wonderful staple for many. Yet whether we like our tea hot or cold it still has to go through the same hot water process to turn into a soothing or satisfying treat.

Are you dealing with some hot water issues in your life? While we may get periods of calm seas and tranquil waters we can rest assured we will have our chance to find our strength when trying times come are way. Bottom line is we learn best through adversity.

Did you know the tighter a violin string is tightened the more beautiful the music?

So whether were swimming in hot water or being stretched to our limits let’s remember; it all can be used to our advantage if we choose to trust in the process we call life.

Today’s Life on Purpose Challenge:

Fix yourself a cup of soothing herbal tea. As you sit and sip on your tea ponder in your mind today’s quote.

Then take one of the tea bags and staple it to an index card that you have written the quote on. Place the card where it can be seen every day. Each time you get a chance to see, smell the tea bag and read the quote you will be retraining your mind to focus on the good that can be found next time you find yourself swimming in hot water.
